Juno’s core functionality is powered by third-party artificial intelligence services. To provide you with personalized wellness support, the following data is sent to our AI providers:
- Conversation Messages: The text and voice messages you send to Juno are transmitted to our AI providers so they can generate helpful, personalized responses
- Health Context: Relevant health information you have shared (such as conditions, symptoms, and goals) may be included as context to provide more accurate and supportive responses
- Conversation History: Prior messages in your current conversation may be sent to maintain continuity and context
Who We Share Data With
- Anthropic (Claude): Provides the large language model that powers Juno’s text and voice conversations
- LiveKit: Provides real-time voice communication infrastructure for voice calls with Juno
- Text-to-Speech Providers (ElevenLabs, Fish Audio, Cartesia): Convert Juno’s text responses into spoken audio during voice calls
How Your Data Is Protected
- Data is transmitted securely using encryption in transit (TLS)
- Our AI providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models
- Data is processed only to generate responses and is not retained by providers beyond what is necessary for the service
- We only send the minimum data necessary to provide you with accurate, helpful support
Limited Sharing

- Health data is managed independently of analytics
No Health Data in Analytics: Your health conversations, symptoms, medical information, and personal health data are completely separate from analytics and remain fully private between you and Juno.
7. International Users & Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you’re using Juno from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We ensure all international transfers comply with applicable privacy laws and maintain the same level of protection regardless of location.
8. Children’s Privacy
Juno is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove such information.
